Historical Sites

Nantucket has many historical buildings that will enhance your visit. With more than 800 historically preserved homes and buildings in the downtown area, we offer the Whaling Museum, the Oldest Mill, the Lifesaving Museum, and Maria Mitchell's Birthplace and Observatory, just to name a few. Individual and group passes are available, and we can deliver them to your choice of lodging.

Island Tours

We can arrange island and bus tours as well as walking and bike tours for individuals and groups. These island tours will take you past the cranberry bogs, lighthouses, and historical sites, as well as the quaint fishing village of Siasconset. The large buses can accommodate 32 to 50 people and the private vans can hold 13 people comfortably. Our walking tours are given by knowledgeable locals, who will educate and enchant you with ghost stories and tales of the land and sea. Local sports and nature enthusiasts provide bike tours.

This exciting adventure is offered only once a week as the boat comes down from Gloucester, MA. Trips depart daily from Straight Wharf in the morning and return late afternoon and cost about $60 - $75 per person.
